The change in the typography was because I based the change on the word. Also its based on fount/size/rotation.

For example mistake is written up side down which represents the word. 



Fruit bowl


I picked the urban theme as I thought it would make the colourless fruit bowl a bit more fun and cool. I changed the back ground from a plan white to a graffiti filled wall. I also added some bright colours to the black and white city.

The Call Of Duty:  Black Ops is a game which is first person shooter, can be played on PlayStation 3 , Will U and Xbox. The price (£42.99) is fairly high as there is a high demand for it.  Black Ops game was released on November 9  2013. The number of The Call Of Duty:  Black Ops sold was over a million.   The Call Of Duty:  Black Ops was given the biggest selling entertainment title in 2012.Two DLC packs have been released for Black Ops. Both of them include four multiplayer maps and one Zombies map.Black Ops brings back the popular Nazi Zombies mode from World At War. At release the game included two maps: Kino Der Toten (Theater Of The Dead) and a map called "Five", which is only unlocked after beating the campaign. "Five" takes place inside the Pentagon

Metacritic: rated Black ops 78 to of 100 and said "The game does offer an interesting single player experience and a cool zombie mode."             
Maximumpc: rated black ops 6 out of 10 and said "It also sports a reasonably improved multiplayer mode and an all-new zombie mode that is a bit cliché at this point, but still is a lot of fun"

Before Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 came out there was, Call of Duty: Black Ops. There is also another Call of Duty coming out in November called Call of Duty: Ghost.The game was up on the "YouTube channel Within 48 hours, the video saw over five million views and now has over eight million." By having this number 48 hours show that they game 2 was and still is very popular.

The target audience is 18 and over this is because even the middle-aged men are still buying the game

Just Dance Video Game Advert






Language
The title shows the basic idea of the game to dance. The console logo, background image and web address are all for a targeted audience. The background image is colourful the effect created here is that young people are more likely to be interested as it catches their eye. How we read the advert is that it has a very fun and vibrant feel to the game  

Institution
The game was produced by Ubisoft and is available on multiple platforms. The original game was produced for Wii, a Nintendo brand. The game is also very successful in the game charts. There is competition and a demand for profit as there is not a lot of dance games out there therefore the is profit to be gained  

Audience
This looks like it would be targeted at an audience of mixed gender (although perhaps slightly more female?) A reasonably wide age range might apply due to family appeal and the game is fun and has a multi player which can be useful to big families. 


Representation 
The stylistic cover design makes it difficult to see race or ethnicity. Buy we can see that there are 2 females and 2 males the connotation of this that males and females are both able to play this game. This is perhaps unusual for most video games as they are either for males or females.

Hunger games (video game)

The hunger games will be based for on the books and the levels are also in the style of the books e.g. book 1 is split in two 3 levels and so on.  Therefore attracting girls, as most of the female teenage population read in comparison to the boys. The male audience will enjoy the sense of the theory of "survival of the fittest” .The amount of violence will not affect the girls as they know the story behind the game and will fighting for who they are rooting for. The amount of violence will also be an attraction for the boys.


The price range will be about the same as the other games targeted for same age group. ]
This will be from 15+, this is because the book is read mostly read by 15+ girls and the amount of violence will not be suitable for a younger age group.  The price range will be between £35.99 and £40.89.


It will be released around Boxing Day; this will be because there is an increase in the buying of games as presents for one another. The games will be advertised on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, and Yahoo), television adverts and banners. This advertising will go on for about 3 mouths, before release. Therefore people are buzzed about the game. The game will be sold world in all different languages. There will be multi-player so that friends can play together. The players will also be able to connect with players all over the world. 

This image will be one of the things that will be the advert. The phrase “You are in control" is to show that the player is the one who can do anything he/she wants. It also makes the player seem more important than the game itself, makes the player believe that they are superior. The part of the image that shows the gas number meter (without the numbers) show that the player is not forced to do anything. As if to say "in your own time”



The game will be played on most consoles, this image will be shown on the advert, to show that you can play against anyone around the world (also that you can play the game on Xbox connect.) The your connection with the world is at your finger tips and you are in charge  

There will also be quotations from the book at each level of the game.This will be good for the girls, who have read the book, and interesting for the boys

Media



The reason I chose media was because I am considering be an editor and to do that I need to prefect my IT skills.
 I also I studied sociology last year and there was a lot to learn about the media and the Influence’s It has on a hole scale.
 And how the media can change the view of the public by wording the story different. So that got me interested in media.   
Another reason i picked media is because i have always wanted to film. I like the thought of creating trailers and making them seem realistic .

I have also always wanted to create my own blog but never have the nerves to really do it. So in media I knew that I would have to even, even if it was just for work. I knew it would inspire me.
